The easiest way is to filter them if you get lost in it. Filter by either KW Groups or KW Types. KW Groups are based on the topics you gave me. 2.) Competition Overview - This table mainly tells you what keywords your competitors are using and where those keywords are currently positioned. If you find a keyword you like, you get the chance to steal them and if you want to see how they're using that specific keyword you can see how in the url column.
